5 Minutes for Me App is available in Apple and Google App stores. In the store search bar, type ‘5 Minutes for Me’. Scroll to find our green icon with the number 5 (our logo). Click ‘Install’ or ‘Get’ to download the App.

After downloading the App, you will be given 14 days Free Trial.  Swipe right through the intro pages. Once at the subscription page, select a plan ie. Monthly, Annual or Lifetime and click Get Started.  You will then be directed to the App store to subscribe. From here enter your details on the sign up page to create an account. You will then be logged in and can access all 5 Minute Audios, Meditations and Quotes.

Open the App, click an Audio or Meditation category from here, and choose an Audio or Meditation title. Once opened into an audio page click the play button at the bottom right of the page. Then listen to a 5 Minute Audio just for you, or enjoy a Meditation of 5, 10 and 20 Minutes!

Once opened into an Audio page click on the white bar at the bottom of the page to expand the expand. From here your will see 15sec fast forward and rewind buttons.

We have 5 minute audios, under the themes of Wellness, Mindset, Resilience and Productivity. Each week we release 5 new audios. You can listen each weekday or when you get your 5 Minutes of Me time. You can also enjoy the Meditations of 5, 10 and 20 Minutes at any time. 

You need to download the App onto a smartphone through either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to listen to the Audios.

You can listen at anytime on a smartphone with Wifi or data.

If you are on the 14 day free trial period, or have signed up with a subscription you will have access to the whole library of Audios, Meditations and Quotes on the App.
