In today's 5 Minutes we hear from Scott Reynolds who completed his exercise science degree at the Australian College of Physical Education, Sydney 2013 and has since been actively involved in training and managing health clubs since then. He has since further developed his accreditation including Massage Therapy & Posture & Biomechanics


In 2014 Scott along with Peter Hickey launched Australia’s first simulated altitude club available to the general population. Since then, they have grown, adapted and refined the model to its maximum potential for its every growing market.


Scott is now considered Australia’s most experienced altitude coach training over 1000 individuals over 40,000 hours in simulated altitude. He has trained multiple Olympic & Commonwealth Games Elite Athletes with great success in their events. He has trained successful CEOs, Doctors and Lawyers who are highly regarded in their fields. He has trained mountaineers to incredible summits such as Everest, Aconcagua and Annapurna.
