We’re happy for your creative mind go to work, however it is important that the listener takes at least one thing away from the episode. It could be a top tip list of 3-5 things, or you could dive a little deeper into 1 or 2 tips that would benefit them.

Themes are: Wellness, Mindset, Resilience and Productivity.

1. Tell us about yourself (Name, background) (10-15sec)
2. Record 4.5 minutes of content

Audio Content (4.5minutes)

3. Can you explain your work/passion to the listener?
4. What are some tips or strategies you recommend?
5. How do you implement your tips/strategies in your day-to-day life?
6. For the listener who is a novice in your field, what would be the one thing they could start incorporating?
7. Do you have a story, to help personalise your work/teachings for the listener?
8. You can also include a short closing note if you wish.
9. The remaining 15 seconds will be top and tail information done by us to make up the 5 minutes.

Again, these are only suggestions to help in recording the content.

Using a mobile phone to record in a quiet room is perfectly fine. We use a free App (for up to 5 minutes recording) called Quick Voice, so you can download and record on that, OR record as an MP3 file and email through to us.
